Are the outfits ready to ship or made to order?

Some pieces are ready to ship and some are made to order. Please check each product description before ordering. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time.

How do I know what size to order?

Please review our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure about fit, contact us before checkout with your bust, waist, hips, height, and the outfit you are interested in.

Do you offer custom orders?

Can I order outfits for a club, team, or event?

Yes. We accept club, team, and bulk order inquiries. Contact us with the number of outfits needed, style ideas, sizes, colors, and deadline.

How long does shipping take?

Can I return or exchange my outfit?

Because Lust Vault pieces are intimate handmade dancewear and stagewear, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our Returns & Exchanges page before placing your order.

How should I care for my outfit?

Hand wash only in cold water, lay flat to dry, and handle rhinestones, mesh, straps, fringe, and handmade details gently. Review our Care Guide for more details.

Do you restock sold-out outfits?

Some pieces may be restocked, but small-batch releases are not guaranteed to return. If you see a look you love, order while it is available.
