Because Lust Vault creates intimate dancewear, stagewear, and custom handmade pieces, returns and exchanges are limited.

Please review product details, sizing, processing time, and shipping information before placing your order.

Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, worn items, damaged items, and sale items are final sale unless there was an error with your order.

If you receive the wrong item or there is a clear issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be considered for any exchange or store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit issues if the item matches the product description and size information provided.
